The narrative tracks a high-stakes, hilarious misadventure centering on two dedicated but incredibly chaotic police officers, Jay Bakshi (Akshay Kumar, playing an entertaining double role) and Sandhya. The duo is officially assigned a massive, career-defining mission by the department: tracking down, infiltrating, and permanently apprehending a notorious, elusive international criminal kingpin named Raj Solanki. Armed with their wits and a heavy dose of luck, the officers launch an undercover operation to corner their target. However, the mission hits an immediate, mind-bending roadblock when Jay accidentally uncovers a shocking personal connection, discovering that the enigmatic crime lord actually plays a highly significant, deeply emotional role in his own past.
